Add-Ons:
- Additional adults residing in the same household can be added to any membership as a caregiver for $20 per year.
- Your first physical card is free. Extra cards or replacement cards are $5 each. Maximum of one card per named adult.

- Active and former Military: Use the discount code MILITARY to save $5 on a 1 Year membership or $10 on a 2 Year membership!
- College students: Use the discount code STUDENT to save $5 on a 1 Year membership or $10 on a 2 Year membership!
- Individuals 55 and over: Use the discount code SENIOR to save $5 on a 1 Year membership or $10 on a 2 Year membership!
- The discount will be applied at the time of purchase.

Do I need to show photo ID when I use my membership card at the zoo?
To enhance the visitor experience, we have removed the necessity for members to present their IDs when enjoying the zoo. We trust that our patrons will continue to appreciate this privilege responsibly. Should any concerns arise regarding misuse, we may revisit our policy to ensure the continued enjoyment for all our members.
How long will it take for me to get my membership card?
It will take approximately one week to receive, process, and send out your membership card. If you do not receive your membership 3 weeks after submitting the form, please call us at (607) 724-5461 ext. 110.
How do I purchase a membership as a gift to someone?
To purchase a membership as a gift, click the Gift a Membership button above. You have the option of having it sent to you or to the gift recipient directly.
Can my membership be shared with a caregiver or other family member?
Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the listed names on the card. As a non-profit organization, we rely on your support and we try very hard to keep our membership prices affordable for many in the community. Both adults listed on the card must reside in the same household.
What happens if I change my address?
To change the address on your membership, please log into your online membership portal.
Is my membership tax deductible?
Yes, a portion of your membership cost is tax deductible! Please consult a tax professional for more information.
Is my Ross Park Zoo membership good at other zoos?
Yes! We recommend you check the facility’s reciprocal list on their website to see if Ross Park Zoo is listed. You may also want to call ahead of time to confirm details and conditions of admission.
