Ice Cream Safari at the Binghamton Zoo!
Media Release
Would you like to enjoy a chilly treat with your favorite Zoo animals? Then come to the Binghamton Zoo’s Annual Ice Cream Safari on Saturday, July 24th! This special event will take place in the evening, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, with admissions closing at 7:30pm.
Visitors will receive a Safari passport which will allow them to sample 5 different flavors of ice cream at different locations within the zoo. This year’s safari will feature your favorite Star Wars characters helping to serve four delicious inter-galactic flavors.
Visitors can also create their own supernova sundae at our new Sundae Station, featuring a variety of syrups and toppings and, of course, whipped cream!
Ice Cream Safari tickets are available for purchase now and on the day of the event at the Zoo’s Ticket Booth; $5.00 for members and $6.00 for non-members.
Other family activities during the event include animal spotlights, face painting, and our interactive artifact cart.
Proceeds from this fundraising event will go directly to help support the Binghamton Zoo.
